What happens to my data?

It stays on your Worker. Reps, fasts, weight and food photos live in your Cloudflare account. We never see them.

Which agents does it work with?

Claude Code first, Codex next. The hook just pings your bot when the agent starts thinking, so other tools can be added.

Yes. The core is MIT licensed on GitHub. sudo and root add extras for a one-off price.

Is this medical advice?

No. It's a joke about sitting that counts reps. It makes no health or weight-loss claims. For anything medical, ask an actual doctor.
